Hi Skip,
Apologies, I've had a bit of a time of it the last few months of lockdown here.
I'm currently working on a new SR-71 for FSX, P3D V4 and V5, screenshots on my facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Glowingheat

Re: Starting cart and stairs are disappeared
Hi Glad you like her, she is a real sports car of the sky. The Start Carts and stairs only appear under certain conditions ie parking brake on and canopy open or engines off. I would suggest the issue is with the gauges - please check to make sure the gauges are all installed correctly. - they are i...

Re: Missing afterburner effect.
The effects should be put in the FSX folder, the installer should put them in the correct place.
Can you email support@glowingheat.co.uk with your order number, date of order and the name of the online shop you purchased it from and I'll take a look.
Thanks,
David.

Re: Missing afterburner effect.
Have you tried re-installing the model?
The effects are in the Effects folder, and Textures in the Textures folder within it. If you see black squares, you're missing textures, if you're not seeing anything, that may indicate that neither are present. I'd suggest re-installing first.

Re: Bad frame rates
Hi, Apologies for the slow reply, it's a little quiet round here while I beaver away on projects. Which game are you using it in? FSX or P3D, if P3D which version? I have quite an old system here, about 9 years old with an old i7 920 with windows 10 and do not get awful frame rates in the cockpit. B...

Re: CTD in P3D V4, starts with Nose tilted up in the air?
Hi David1952,
Make sure that the aircraft has 100% fuel, or at least balanced tanks. If you're loading a saved flight, it often loads the saved fuel state of the previous aircraft, which in the case of the A-12 may cause it to tilt upwards, because too much fuel is at the aft end.

Re: Texture Uploads.....
No problem (apologies for the late reply)
So long as you only include the repaint and a text file of what should be added to the aircraft.cfg, that's fine.

Hi,
Only if you turn everything off, and save the flight in that state.

Re: A-12/M-21 Cygnus V1.11 Fuel Gauge and CG Procedure Questions/Problems
Hi Leo, The real life A-12 didn't have a CoG gauge to cross check against, but the tanks should drain in order giving reasonably correct CoG for all flight aspects. I may or may not have nailed this, I admit fuel tank sequencing is not my strong suit. Personally though, I take-off and fly without ad...

Re: Air Restart?
I’m using FSX:SE ctrl E sounds like a solution. Do i need to throttle back to restart? Getting up wasn’t a problem. I did that fine. I think i was overzealous in my decent. I would suggest throttling back when restarting because the extra yaw moment could cause the other engine to stall. Keep an ey...
