Skip, I'm running 5.1 Logitech speakers with a Sound blaster X-FI Titamiun card. I set my rear speakers for 6 ft behind, both sides and front speakers for 2 1/2 ft in config from the software and cranked my bass speaker to 3/4 way and when I set in the cockpit and take off it vibrates the place. I love the sound from within the cockpit which is 95% of my flying. It adds to my flight experience. I do this when the wife isn't around. She does not like it. I fly the B-58 in FS9 also and am going to check the sound cfg in that to see if I can adjust that also. I haven't tried it with my head phones yet but I'll bet it's amazing. Thank you for this, Brian
