Mid Air Refueling Problems

I recently purchased this blackbird and installed it. However I am unable to refuel with nearby aircraft. That is to say, the refueling window has only an empty list. The radar works fine, but the list remains empty and I cannot gain fuel if I fly perfectly with another aircraft. I run windows 7 64 bit. I've temporarily found a work around via another refueling gauge, but I would prefer to use your version. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm currently endeavouring to get the air refuelling working again.
