Can you tell me if these ar FS9 traffic AI files?

Yes all are FS9. FSX traffic files all have the FSX suffix.
But records show that you bought Loring AFB on that O/N and that is an FSX traffic file. You bought Langley back in April 2013 and back then all FSX scenery traffic files should have been updated by the Flightsim Store .
In all you have purchased 5 sceneries only from the Flightsim Store
Whiteman FSX
Loring FSX
Bunker Hill FSX
Barksdale B-52 Era FSX
Langley FSX.

Only one of those, Langley, is in your list and SHOULD have been updated by the store but it could have been after you bought it. FlightSim Store records do not list you as having purchased Bien Hoa, Dover and Tyndall from there.
All SDB FSX sceneries currently on sale at all vendors have FSX traffic files.

Running AIFP2 ( Freeware) available on most Freeware sites will find and convert any rogue FS9 traffic files it finds.
