A texture file for the gas bottle trolley in this scenery was accidently left out. As a result the bottles will appear overall black. This is partially correct and why the error was missed. The bottles are indeed black but have a white top and light green trolley cart. To fix this download the file below and copy the enclosed "GAS BOTTLE TROLLEY_0.dds" file into the "\Addon Scenery\SDB RAF Binbrook\texture" folder.
