Now that P3D has been release we have tested the package and released a version specific to Prepar3D with a couple adjustments. Here is the manual.

After answering the same questions several times we went through the manual and made sure it was understandable to folks other than ourselves. 
We also changed a couple things and combined the FSX and P3D versions into one. A single manual covers all versions.
The package now supports the following versions:
- Microsoft Flight Simulator FSX with SP2 and Acceleration (or FSX: Gold)
- Dovetail Games FSX: Steam Edition
- Lockheed Martin Prepar3D® Simulation Software v1, v2, v3
