hello again. In anticipation, I thank you all for your help in the past.
Order No. 958039
Fs Pilotshop
August 26. 2017.

After re-downloading this base several times all to no avail, I cannot seem to get any static aircraft except for the Galaxy at one end with the nose cone up.
kindest regards
Ian

The only static[s] at Dyess are what you are seeing i.e. the C-5. ALL the rest are AI, as we state in the manual, to see them all set Airline Traffic Density to 100%. It is clearly stated in the Dyess manual.

Hi thanks for that info.......i must read between the lines......as if I have'nt done all that!
I may be a thick ex paramedic, but i do have a bit of common sense even though i must admit at times you have to teach it!
Thank you for the input.

Check under "FSX/SimObjects/Airplanes". You should see folders for "#AI SDB B1B Lancer (Dyess)", "#AI SDB C-130J (Dyess)", "#AI SDB KC-135R(Dyess)", and "#AI SDB Learjet C-21(Dyess)".
I just installed Dyess and I have a ramp full of B-1B's and C-130Js. Wrong time of day for the visiting C-21 Learjet and only one KC-135 at the moment.

Just to add to Frank's post. You say "all sliders are at max". To see the AI your Airline slider under "Traffic" should also be set to 100%.

Hello.
As you say I can see all Dyess #Ai files under aircraft. Am i supposed to do something with the files? Not too sure!
The traffic slider and everything else is at max except for the water

Sounds like you have an FS2004 traffic file on your system. Just one will stop some or all FSX traffic files from working. You need to download AI Flight Planner 3 (AIFP3) and run the Convert to FSX function. You'll find it on most Freeware sites, it's by Don Grovestein.

You can find AI Flight Planner on the developer's site here: http://stuff4fs.com/newpage.asp?Folder=AIFP

hI.. i HAVE TRIED AS YOU ASK. I cannot see at all in any of the headings what you ask. There is only one that comes close and that is convert FS9 to FSX files.
Also i have tried under different headings (just in case). What i have found out is that a lot of the #Ai files it cannot read?
I must admit this is not in my comfort zone one bit..
kindest regards
Ian
