BAC TSR-2 on RAAF Scherger

I just purchased this scenery, and it shows up just fine in P3D v. 5.4.

The only problem I have is the TSR-2. It shows, but wings and fuselage only. Fin, tailplane and undercarriage are missing. I will try to attach a screenshot.

Where did you buy it from?
I want to see what they show as compatible sims.

I bought it from Simshack. They seems to offer two versions, I opted for the "most recent" or words to that effect.

I only see one version of our RAAF Scherger listed there:

That page makes no mention of compatibility with any version of Prepar3D at all.

The problem looks to be a display issue with the AI TSR2.
Does it occur at all times or only when they are in motion/active?
I see red text about that one, that's why I ask.

Interesting... the red text appears above all AI aircraft traffic in my installation, and it also used to do that with earlier version of P3D, and with FSX Acceleration and FSX:SE. So that is normal.

And the issue occurs all the time with the TSR-2, but as far as I can see all other AI aircraft display OK, which shouldn't be a problem with a nVidia RTX 3060.

Since the aircraft (at least partly) shows, it must be at least a FSX or a P3D model, if it was the FS9 model it would not show at all. But I have never had an AI aircraft show only partly.

Maybe I should purchase RAF Wyton and see if that TSR-2 shows up properly, and if it does, just grab that model for the RAAF AI traffic...

Are you putting RAAF Scherger into the root of P3D or are you putting it into the "\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons" folder.
If the latter please paste the "addon.xml" file contents below. I'll give it a try on my system.

It is in the Add-ons folder, and here's the xml file:

I should say that all my AI aircraft are not in the SimObjects\Airplanes folder, but in a dedicated AI aircraft folder, and that all my flight planes are in the scenery\world\scenery folder.

Problem solved.

I bought the RAF Wyton scenery. The TSR-2 model there is a P3D v. 4 model from 2021, the one in the RAAF Scherger scenery a model from 2006. When I replaced the model in RAAF Scherger with the one from RAF Wyton, everything was fine, and the TSR-2 looked beautiful as it should.

Glad it worked put. Sorry about extra step. Wynton's not a bad scenery on it's own. Both are "what if" types.

I like the sceneries a lot. I have some MAIW RAF base sceneries, and the SDB sceneries will probably replace some of those.
