Loring AFB Scenery [Resolved]

I have windows 7 system. I have Tried numerous times to Install: Loring AFB Scenery Package, no Luck. Everything is fine until I get past Step 4. "Left Click on any blank space inside" the folder view does Nothing, window does not close. Exactly where am I supposed to "Left Click on any space" ??

Left click on any blank area within the visible [Loring] folder. Then cilck "OK" and navigate back to your FSX Scenery Library and you should see Loring listed
